Don'T Peek Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean stew beef chunks
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. water
    1 envelope beefy onion soup mix
    1 can mushrooms
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a covered casserole dish.
    Place in 325\u00b0 oven for 3 hours.
    Don't peek or stir.
    Serve over rice.
    Do not add salt, only pepper.
    Can be done in a crock-pot according to manufacturer's directions.
