Kathleen "Me-Maw" Blackwell'S Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
    2 c. milk
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix sugar, eggs, vanilla and flavoring.
    Bring milk to boil, then remove from heat. Combine milk with sugar/egg mixture. Pour this into baked pie shell. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until firm.
