Lemon Cake Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs, separated and beaten
2 Tbsp. flour
grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
1 c. milk
1 pastry shell (unbaked)
Preparation

Cream together the sugar and butter.
Stir in beaten egg yolks, flour, grated rind, lemon juice and milk.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour in pie shell and bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0. Reduce to 325\u00b0 and bake for 20 minutes.
