Microwave Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar dried beef, shredded
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 green onion, finely chopped
    1/4 c. chopped nuts (walnuts are good)
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Combine beef and water in microwave oven container.
    Microwave on High (100% power) for 3 to 4 minutes; drain beef well.
    Combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, onion,
    sour cream and drained beef; mix thoroughly.
    Form into a ball.
    Roll in chopped nuts and parsley.
    Chill.
    Makes 1 ball.
    May be frozen for later use.
