Kalbi(Korean-Style Barbecued Ribs) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. short ribs
    1/4 c. shoyu
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. minced ginger
    1 tsp. sesame oil
Preparation
    Combine ingredients to make a sauce.
    Marinate ribs in sauce for 4 to 6 hours.
    Barbecue over coals in a hibachi or broil in oven.
