Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 potatoes, diced
    2 carrots, diced
    1 onion, diced
    3 c. water
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 (8 oz.) can baby clams and juice
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cook first 7 ingredients
    for about 35 minutes or until veggies are tender.
    Add
    broken
    tomatoes, parsley, clams and juice.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Mix
    cornstarch and water; add to chowder and cook until slightly thickened.
