Granny Smith Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Granny Smith apples
    1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. apple juice or apple cider vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 small Cool Whip
    1 egg
    1 c. crushed peanuts (dry roasted)
Preparation
    Combine pineapple, flour, juice, sugar and egg together.
    Cook on low until thick.
    Cool completely.
    Combine mixture with cut up apples, 1/2 cup nuts and Cool Whip.
    Top with remaining nuts.
