Green Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. raw apples, chopped but not peeled
    2 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 large eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Prepare apples; set aside.
    Combine and sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs briskly.
    Add sugar, salad oil and vanilla extract; mix well. Add combined dry ingredients to egg mixture, stirring until well blended.
    Fold chopped apples and nuts into batter.
    (The batter will be thick, rather like a cookie dough.)
