Joel'S Grilled Ginger Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 boneless chicken breasts with skin left on
    1 (3-inch) piece fresh ginger, chopped
    5 cloves garlic, minced
    1 c. rice wine vinegar
    1 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except chicken together and pour over the chicken.
    Marinate for at least 12 hours.
    Grill on the barbecue grill for 15 minutes a side, until skin is darkened.
    Serves 6 to 8.
