Ingredients

1 c. flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks
1 c. heavy cream
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 egg whites, beat until stiff
Preparation

Heat waffle iron.
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Beat egg yolks in a medium size bowl.
Add sifted dry ingredients, melted butter and cream.
Stir until mixed well. Fold in beaten egg whites.
Pour onto your waffle iron.
