Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) box elbow macaroni
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook the macaroni according to package directions.
    Drain; set aside and keep warm.
    In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt butter.
    Add flour, salt and pepper.
    Stir to make a smooth paste. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly.
    Heat and stir until thickened.
    Remove from the heat.
    Stir in cheese until melted. Pour over macaroni and mix well.
