Popovers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. whole milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Place greased muffin tins in oven while making dough.
Pour flour and salt in bowl.
Add milk and mix well.
Add unbeaten eggs and beat hard with egg beater until light.
Half fill the hissing hot muffin tins and bake 45 minutes.
Serve with butter and jam.
Makes 8.
