Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, divided
    1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1 c. butter or margarine, melted
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    additional sifted powdered sugar
Preparation
    Combine 2 cups flour and 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
    Add butter; mix well.
    Press mixture evenly into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Combine eggs, sugar and lemon juice in medium bowl; stir in egg mixture.
    Pour over baked crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until lightly browned and set. Sprinkle lightly with additional powdered sugar.
    Cool and cut into 1-inch squares.
