Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cut chickens
1/4 c. oil
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian salad dressing
1 envelope onion soup mix (dry)
1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
Preparation

Cover bottom of large pan with foil.
Lay chicken pieces on the pan.
Mix all the remaining ingredients together and pour on top of chicken.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
