Ingredients

1/2 lb. Velveeta Mexican cheese, spread with jalapeo peppers and cut into 8 pieces
8 (6-inch) flour tortillas
Preparation

Place 1 Velveeta slice on each tortilla. Fold tortillas in half. Place 2 tortillas on microwave plate. Microwave on High 30 to 45 seconds or until cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Cut each tortilla in half and serve with sour cream, tomato and guacamole, if desired.
