Molokhiya(Egyptian Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen Molokhiya
    1 stewing chicken
    1 onion
    15 to 20 garlic cloves, crushed
    1 Tbsp. coriander
    cooking oil
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    2 tomatoes
Preparation
    Thaw molokhiya; set aside.
    In a large pot, boil chicken in water with chicken bouillon.
    In a food processor, blend tomatoes and onion.
    Add this to boiling chicken; let this boil about 20 to 25 minutes.
    Remove chicken and add molokhiya.
    Stir together well.
    In a separate frying pan, fry oil, crushed garlic and coriander until golden.
    Add to boiling molokhiya.
    Serve with pita bread.
