Salmon Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can red salmon
    bread cubes
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a buttered 1-quart casserole, alternate a layer of flaked salmon with a layer of bread cubes until salmon is all used, ending with a top layer of bread cubes.
    Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over salmon and bread cubes mixture.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven until mixture rises and is browned on top (approximately 45 minutes).
