Mushrooms A La Don And Doreen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 large mushrooms
    3/4 c. butter
    8 slices crumbled, cooked bacon
    1 minced small onion
    1/2 tsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    16 bay scallops
Preparation
    Remove stems from mushrooms.
    Wash and dry mushrooms.
    Put mushrooms in a baking dish, hollow side up.
    Stir butter to soften. Stir in bacon, onion, parsley and garlic.
    Put one scallop in each mushroom cap.
    Cover with melted butter mixture.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
