Chicken Piccata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large chicken breasts, skinned and halved
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. dry white wine
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. bouillon granules
    dash white pepper
Preparation
    Cut chicken
    in slices about 1/2-inch wide and 2-inches long. Combine flour and salt.
    Dip chicken into flour mixture to coat. In\tskillet
    cook
    chicken\tpieces\tin hot butter or margarine, stirring
    and turning, until lightly browned, about 2 or 3 minutes.
    Add wine, lemon juice, bouillon granules and pepper. Cook
    and
    stir
    until
    mixture thickens slightly and boils. Serve with rice.
    Makes 3 or 4 servings.
