Chocolate Eclair - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    graham crackers
    2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip, thawed
    1 can prepared chocolate icing
Preparation
    Line a sheet cake pan with whole graham crackers.
    Combine pudding mix, milk and Cool Whip; blend until smooth.
    Spread pudding mixture over crackers.
    Top with whole graham crackers. Frost with chocolate icing.
    Chill until serving time.
