Oven Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large fryer chicken, cut up and salted
1/2 bottle barbecue sauce
1/4 c. water

Preparation

Place chicken in iron skillet.
Pour 1/4 of sauce over chicken and cook 30 minutes.
Turn and pour rest of sauce over chicken. Cook at least 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until tender.
Add more sauce if family likes a lot.
