Sandwich Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 pimentos or mangos (mix color)
    4 onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. vinegar
    1 c. granulated sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Grind vegetables and cook a few minutes in vinegar.
    Blend in other ingredients.
    Stir and cook 20 minutes.
    Put in jars and seal.
