Shrimp Remoulade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. horseradish mustard
    1/2 c. tarragon vinegar or lemon juice
    1 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. finely minced green onions
    1/2 c. finely minced celery
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 whole clove garlic
Preparation
    Mix vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, paprika, ketchup and clove of garlic mashed well thoroughly; add green onions and celery. Dressing should be poured over cooked shrimp.
    Marinate 4 to 5 hours.
    Serve cold on shredded lettuce.
