Italian Vegetable Toss - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. shell macaroni
2 c. broccoli flowerets
1 c. cauliflower flowerets
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
6 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained, rinsed and chopped
1 c. sliced, pitted black olives
1/2 c. chopped green onion
2/3 c. Italian cheese dressing
1 medium avocado, seeded, peeled and sliced
1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
Preparation

Cook macaroni, rinse and drain.
In a large bowl, combine all with dressing, except avocado and tomato.
Cover and chill several hours.
Add avocado and tomato at serving time.
Makes 12 to 16 servings.
