*Pita Venita - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 c. warm water (approximately)
    1 oz. yeast or 1 dry pkg.
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted or 1 c. oil
Preparation
    Prepare yeast according to package directions, then add to flour and salt mixture. Add water, using as much as necessary to make a pliable dough, kneading until smooth.
    Place in greased bowl.
    Cover and let rise until doubled.
    Turn out and cut in half.
    Let rest 5 minutes.
