Appetizer Chicken Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken, finely chopped
    3/4 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    4 oz. aged natural Swiss cheese
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    mayonnaise
    petite cream puffs
Preparation
    Combine chicken, celery, onion, cheese, mustard, seasonings and enough mayonnaise to moisten.
    Mix lightly.
    Cut tops from petite cream puffs and fill with chicken mixture.
    Replace tops. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
