Quick Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    1 1/2 c. milk (in 2 c. measure)
    4 to 6 oz. cut up Swiss cheese (in milk until milk reaches 2 c. level)
    4 eggs
    1/2 stick oleomargarine
Preparation
    Grease and flour a 10-inch pie pan.
    Mix Bisquick, milk/cheese, eggs and oleo in blender for 2 minutes.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour half of the mixture into pie pan. Add 2 tablespoons bacon bits and 1 scallion, cut into small pieces. Pour in remaining mixture. Sprinkle with parsley flakes and paprika.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
