Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, boiled and deboned (about 2 1/2 lb.)
    40 Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter, melted
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Mix soup and sour cream. Combine with chicken. Top with cracker crumbs and butter.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
