Tess' Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. milk
    1/2 c. regular raw rice
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. Amaretto or orange juice
    dash of salt (if desired)
Preparation
    Heat milk and rice to boiling point.
    Cover and lower heat. Simmer 35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
