Trilby Parfait(Recipe Of Past President, Mrs. Meredith J. Cox) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. whipping cream
    1 1/2 c. sugar (brown and white mixed)
    1 large can pineapple, cubed
    1 large bottle maraschino cherries, halved
    1/2 lb. shelled pecans, broken
    1/2 lb. black chocolate creams, cut in pieces
Preparation
    Whip the cream; add sugar and chill, then add the prepared fruit, nuts and chocolate creams.
    Pack in freezer surrounded by ice and salt and let stand for 2 hours before serving.
