Creamy Hot Dog Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 hot dogs
4 to 5 medium potatoes
1 lb. green beans
1 c. mayonnaise
1 onion, sliced
2 c. milk
4 Tbsp. flour
4 Tbsp. butter
paprika (if desired)
Preparation

Pare and cut potatoes.
Cook potatoes and beans until almost done.
Melt butter in saucepan.
Add flour and stir.
Add milk; heat to boiling.
Boil mixture until it thickens.
Remove from heat and add onions and mayonnaise.
Stir to blend.
Slice hot dogs into chunks.
Layer hot dogs, potatoes and beans in casserole.
Top with sauce.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
