Pecan Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. pecan halves
2 c. sugar
1 c. corn syrup
1/2 c. water
1 cube butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. soda

Preparation

Pecans should be heated but not cooked in warm oven before added to candy mixture.
