Cranberry-Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large oranges
    2 pkg. cranberries
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 large apples
Preparation
    Grate orange peel on coarse grater to make long shreds, about 2 tablespoons (optional).
    Peel oranges; cut oranges into 1/2-inch cubes.
    Wash and drain cranberries; remove any stems.
    Using blender, chop cranberries.
    In medium bowl, combine the grated orange peel, cubed oranges, cranberries and sugar; mix well. Refrigerate until well chilled, several hours.
