All Saints Eggs And Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork sausage
    9 eggs, slightly beaten
    3 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    3 slices bread, cubed
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown meat, drain on paper towel.
    Mix eggs, milk and seasonings.
    Stir in bread, cheese and sausage.
    Pour in buttered 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Refrigerate, covered overnight.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Great breakfast for a gang!
