New Orleans Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 small can Pet milk plus milk to make 2 c.
1 stick butter
3 pieces white bread
Preparation

Beat sugar, eggs, vanilla and salt.
Scald milk and butter. Break 3 pieces white bread in small pieces into glass loaf pan. Mix milk with egg mixture.
Pour over bread.
Place in pan of water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Serves 6.
Serve warm with whipped cream or even better with caramel sauce!
