Hamburg Dinner In Foil - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburg
1 onion, chopped
4 potatoes, cubed
4 carrots, cubed
butter
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Divide hamburger into 4 portions.
Cut foil pieces, 12 inches each.
Loosen hamburg apart and place each portion in the center of foil.
Divide chopped vegetables and place on top of hamburg, then sprinkle each with a pat of butter.
Season with salt and pepper.
