Karla J'S Tortilla Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 can diced green chilies, drained
    1 can chopped black olives, drained
    5 (10 1/2-inch) flour tortillas
    garlic to flavor
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. green onions
Preparation
    Usually double this recipe.
    Mix all ingredients until blended.
    Divide and spread on tortillas and roll up.
    Cover in plastic wrap tightly and chill at least 4 to 5 hours or overnight. Cut into 1/2-inch slices.
    Serve on a platter with a cup of salsa.
