Low Sodium Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
6 Tbsp. unsalted shortening
4 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
-
Blend shortening with flour.
Add water.
Roll pie crust.
All materials should be cold.
Handle pie crust as little as possible. Fill with any desired fruit, omitting salt.
Trace of sodium:
1/8 pie.
