Chinese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken wings
1/3 c. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. ginger (optional)
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 c. chicken broth
fresh ground pepper
3 Tbsp. honey (optional)
Preparation

Cut each wing and discard tips.
In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients and marinate for 2 hours or more.
