Baked Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. zucchini
    1 c. onion
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. mozzarella cheese
    1 tube crescent roll dough
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Peel and thinly slice zucchini and chop onion.
    Saute zucchini and onion in margarine for about 10 minutes, or until tender; remove from heat.
    Stir in spices. Separate rolls and press into pie plate.
    In large bowl; blend eggs and cheese together.
    Stir cooked zucchini mixture into eggs and cheese.
    Pour into pie pan, and bake 30-40 minutes, or until lightly browned and set.
    Let sit for 5-10 minutes.
    Slice into wedges and serve.
