Ham And Egg Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 slices of bread
    2 c. ham, cut up
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese, or 1 c. Cheddar and 1 c. Mozzarella
    butter
    6 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Using a small glass, cut 12 circles out of 12 slices of bread. Break up the leftover bread and add to greased 9 x 13 pan.
    Top with ham and cheese.
    Butter the bread circles and put them, buttered side up, over cheese.
    Beat eggs, milk and salt and pour over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
    Let it sit up to 10 minutes before serving.
    A rope of keilbasa, cut across and then in quarters, can be used instead of ham.
