Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. meal (yellow)
    1 small carton sour cream
    2 eggs
    1 can cream-style corn
    1/2 c. oil
    1 hot pepper
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. cheese, if wanted
Preparation
    Mix all together as corn bread.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 or 425\u00b0 in iron skillet or pan.
