Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 mushrooms
1 c. bread crumbs
4 Tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
3 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
Preparation

Use medium-sized mushrooms.
Remove stems, chop and combine with bread, onions, cheese, salt, pepper, paprika and 1 tablespoon oil.
Stuff the mushrooms, pour remaining oil into baking dish and tilt to spread evenly.
Heat the pan in a 375\u00b0 oven, then arrange mushrooms in it.
Bake 10 minutes.
