Scalloped Asparagus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. green asparagus
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
3 hard-cooked eggs
1/4 c. slivered, blanched almonds
1/4 c. fine cracker crumbs
butter
Preparation

Butter casserole dish.
First, layer asparagus, then half of the eggs, then mushroom soup, thinned with very little liquid from asparagus.
Sprinkle with half of the almonds.
Then repeat. Sprinkle with fine cracker crumbs.
Dot with butter and bake at 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
Serves 2 to 4 people.
