Cream Cheese Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature)
5 c. powdered sugar
peppermint flavoring
food coloring
Preparation

Mix cream cheese and sugar.
Start with 4 drops flavoring, then carefully add flavoring and color as desired.
Knead until pie dough consistency.
Add sugar to make softer or decrease sugar for firmer consistency.
Take small pinch and roll in sugar. Press into mold, unmold onto wax paper.
