Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 cups thinly sliced, peeled apples (usually 5 apples)
3/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Unbaked pie crust
Preparation

Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Use 9 inch pie pan.
In large bowl, combine all filling ingredients;
toss lightly.
Spoon apple mixture into pie crust.
Top with second crust and flute;
cut slits in several places.
Bake at 400 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until apples are tender and crust is golden brown.
