Blueberry Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 recipe Fat-Free Crust
    2 Tbsp. arrowroot
    2 c. nonfat yogurt cheese
    3 egg whites (unbeaten)
    1/3 c. honey
    2 1/4 c. blueberries
    1/3 c. frozen apple juice concentrate, defrosted
    4 Tbsp. fruit-juice-sweetened blueberry preserves
    4 Tbsp. fruit-juice-sweetened orange marmalade
    1/3 c. whole wheat pastry flour
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
Preparation
    Prepare crust for 9-inch nonstick spring-form pan.
