Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
3 c. apples, peeled and chopped
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, adding apples and nuts last. Bake in a 13 x 2 x 9-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
