Grace'S Barbecue Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. commercial barbecue sauce
    1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
    1 (10 oz.) can refrigerated flaky biscuits
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef in skillet, stirring to crumble.
    Drain.
    Add barbecue sauce and onion; stir well.
    Set aside.
    Separate biscuits and place 1 each in muffin cups, pressing up sides. Spoon meat mixture evenly into biscuit cups.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
    Yields 10 servings.
