Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix or similar brand
4 eggs
1 chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
8 oz. cottage cheese
1 1/2 sticks softened oleo

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a large rectangular casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
